승인된 임상시험의 러시아 보건 등록부(Russian Ministry of Health Registry of the Approved Clinical Trials)에 따르면, 2018 년 러시아에서 승인된 새로운 임상 시험 654 건 중 50% (385 건)를 현지가 아닌 다국적 제약 회사가 시작하였고 다국적, 다기관 시험은 전년도에 비해 2.1 % 증가했습니다. Novartis and Roche (스위스)는 2018년 시험 승인 횟수가 가장 많은 회사 1위를 차지했습니다. Pfizer (미국)는 Janssen Pharmaceutica (벨기에)와 함께 15 위에서 3,4 위로 도약했습니다. 다음은 AbbVie Inc. (미국), AstraZeneca (영국) 및 Merck & Co. (미국)입니다.
