OCT 클리니컬은 폐암 3상 임상시험을 위한 환자 등록을 러시아에서 성공적으로 시작하였다. 이 연구는 무작위 개방형 시험으로, 전이성 비편평 비소세포폐암 환자에서 1차 요법으로 화학요법 및 백금 요법과 병용하는 시험 약물의 효능과 안정성을 판단하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 임상시험 의뢰자는 미국의 면역항암제 바이오테크 기업이다.
전체 글로벌 연구를 위한 모집 대상은 러시아, 우크라이나, 조지아 및 벨라루스 4개국 환자 560명이다.
우크라이나, 조지아 및 벨라루스에서의 기관 개시 방문은 2022년 1월로 계획되어 있다. 참여자는 질병이 진행되거나 치료에 대한 불내성이 생길 때까지 치료를 받게 되며, 프로젝트 기간은 2024년 말까지 거의 4년이다.
이 프로젝트 내에서 OCT 클리니컬은 연구 타당성 분석과 기관 선정, 임상시험 승인과 규제 지원, 실행 계획, 의료 모니터링, 프로젝트 관리, 기관 관리 및 모니터링 등 광범위한 임상시험 서비스를 담당한다.
