We are currently looking for a Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our Clinical team in Kyiv, Ukraine. You will be expected to provide clerical support to project team, assist in regulatory submission and Clinical Research Associate activities, and perform other administrative duties assigned by the manager.
Your main activities may include but are not limited to:
· Maintenance of TMF (all levels – study, country, site) and preparation of investigator files;
· Preparing and reviewing documents uploaded into eTMF;
· Assisting in the development of study-specific procedures;
· Assistance in regulatory package preparation;
· LEC submissions and follow-up;
· Communication with Sponsors regarding logistics and non-medical matters;
· Organization of project meetings and trainings;
· Participating in teleconferences with Sponsors and writing meeting minutes;
· Assisting in the preparation and reporting of project status;
· Organization of study materials delivery to the investigation sites;
· Translation of non-medical study documents (from Russian into English mostly);
· Assistance in the coordination of study activities with other departments and units involved in the project.

· Degree in life sciences or related allied health profession (e.g. nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology)
· Previous experience in clinical research field – a least 1 year
